SHIPPING: Our Company uses The Courier Guy,and we also using the Pudo service from the Courier Guy. With the delivery service of The Courier Guy it is a door to door service. With Pudo it is a Locker to Locker Service.. Parcels do not get delivered to your door you will need to collect the parcel from your closest courier guy depot/locker. locations can be found online: Pudo- where to find us. Please use your preferred pudo location as your shipping address, alternatively we will send it to the closest locker/depot from the address provided. The courier will communicate directly with the receiver via sms/email or direct calls. You will receive a pin code that you must enter on the Pudo screen to unlock the Locker. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
